A couple of years ago when Michael and I were up in Blue Ridge, I asked a guy who was helping us with our house, what kind of cookies he liked. He said white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Since I had never made them before, I googled a recipe and found this one. Weeks later I baked them for him. He said it was the best he'd ever tasted. So I baked them occasionally on the weekends at the the farmers market. They were a hit. This recipe is very quick, easy, and delicious.
