Apple Cider Pound Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 325. Beat butter at medium speed until creamy; gradually add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time just until blended.
  2. Stir together flour and the next 4 ingredients. Gradually add flour mixture alternating with apple cider; beginning and ending with flour.
  3. Lightly great 2 loaf pans. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  4. Bake at 325 for 40-50 min. or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
Bourbon Glaze
  1. Stir together 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 Tbl bourbon, 3-4 Tbl of milk until you have the consistency to ice the cake.
