My Granola Story
Charleston, South Carolina is my home . As a child I knew I wanted to be a nurse and pursued nursing after graduating the University of South Carolina. As a hobby, I would bake pastries and other fancy desserts. After many decades as a heart surgery nurse at Saint Joseph’s Hospital ofAtlanta, I went to culinary school and became a Pastry Chef. At first I only specialized in cake decorating and studied from several great masters. My passion at that time was to create unique, remarkable sweet creations to complement any special occasion. Now, granola is the new passion.
Over the last year or so I began creating and baking granola, from delicious healthy quality ingredients. I use organic oats, uncrystalized ginger and agave as part of her granola recipe.
Technically oats are “Gluten Free!”
Due to cross-contamination of the crops we cannot say that granola is truly gluten free!
We offer our “Gluten Free Granola” fresh to order!
